Trade first. Then technology.
Comfortek started as an electrician's workshop. The smart-home work came later, layered on top of the wiring trade. That order matters — most "smart home" companies have engineers who never pulled a cable. We didn't.
It's also why we name our boring brands. We use Loxone, KNX and Home Assistant on purpose, and we tell you why on the technology page. The flashy startups of 2018 are mostly bankrupt. The boring brands keep working.
And one more thing: AI is not a fashion to us. It's the next logical step. Home automation solved the wiring. AI solves attention, support and the customer relationship. That's why Comfortek already has its first agent — Ambrosio — and more on the way.
Toni and a small team.
Toni runs the company day-to-day, leads the install on every project and is the person you'll see at your house. He answers in Spanish, Catalan and English when needed.
The team stays small on purpose. We turn down jobs we can't deliver well rather than scale into a generic installer. If you book us, we show up.
